1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Identification of the Owner

1.2 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the access and use of the mobile applications PrimeFlow Core and PrimeFlow Pearl (hereinafter, "the Application" or "PrimeFlow"), as well as the services offered through them.

PrimeFlow is a personal wellness and fitness training application. It is not a medical or healthcare service, and does not constitute a medical device under any circumstances.

1.3 Acceptance

Accessing, downloading and/or using the Application implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the conditions set out herein, please do not use the Application.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

2.1 Nature of the Service

PrimeFlow is a personal wellness and fitness training application. The Application provides:

• Guided pelvic floor strengthening exercise routines
• Personal training progress tracking
• Progressive level system
• Customisable reminders
• Educational content on wellness and physical training
• Personalised activity analysis generated by artificial intelligence (optional)

2.3 Important Notice — Wellness Application

PrimeFlow Labs does not offer or provide any form of medical advice, health insurance or other healthcare service, including without limitation: counselling, evaluation, prescription, procedure or therapy related to physical exercise, nutrition, weight loss, wellness or the prevention, diagnosis or treatment of injuries, diseases or medical conditions.

The service is conceived exclusively as a personal physical training support tool. It may be useful for achieving your wellness and fitness goals, but:

• It does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals under any circumstances
• Individual results may vary significantly
• Use of the Application does not create any doctor-patient relationship between the user and PrimeFlow Labs

Before starting any physical exercise programme, please consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional to determine whether the service is appropriate for you.

The user assumes full responsibility for their health and wellbeing, and accepts that use of the Application is at their own risk.

2.4 Artificial Intelligence System (optional)

The Application optionally includes an activity analysis system based on artificial intelligence (hereinafter, "AI System"). This system:

• Analyses exclusively training activity data (completed sessions, levels, progression, usage habits)
• Generates personalised training recommendations and progress assessments
• Does not analyse, interpret or process medical or clinical information of any kind
• Operates on anonymised fitness data, not medical data
• Its recommendations are advisory and non-binding

The AI System does not constitute a medical service. Its analyses are personal physical activity assessments, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions.

Activation of the AI System is completely voluntary and requires the user's explicit consent. It can be disabled at any time from Settings > Artificial Intelligence.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Application, the user must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials
• Report any unauthorised use of their account

3.3 Accuracy of Information

The user warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. PrimeFlow Labs reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts containing false or fraudulent information.

3.4 Account Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their password
• All activities carried out under their account
• Immediately reporting any security breach

4. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL

4.1 Free Version

The Application offers a permanently free version with the following features:

• Access to level 1 exercises (Initiation)
• 3 basic exercises
• 1 daily training session
• Short-intensity sessions
• Basic progress tracking
• Limited reminders
• Basic achievements

The free version has no expiry date. Users may use the Application in its free version indefinitely without any obligation to subscribe to the Premium plan.

4.2 Premium Version

The Premium subscription unlocks:

• Full access to all 5 training levels
• Complete library of 19 exercises
• Advanced statistics and progress charts
• Unlimited daily sessions
• All session intensities
• All achievements and challenges
• AI activity analysis system
• Priority support

4.3 Pricing and Billing

Prices include VAT. May vary by country and app store.

4.4 Renewal and Cancellation

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. The charge is made 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your app store settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refunds are made for partial periods.

Charges are managed exclusively by the app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play). PrimeFlow Labs does not process payments directly.

4.5 Price Changes

PrimeFlow Labs reserves the right to modify prices:

• Changes will not affect active subscriptions until their renewal
• At least 30 days' notice will be given
• Users may cancel before new prices take effect

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

5.1 User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Use the Application in a personal and non-transferable manner
• Not share their account with third parties
• Follow exercise usage instructions
• Respect the technical limitations of the Application
• Not attempt to access restricted features without authorisation

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing Application content
• Reverse engineering the software
• Using the Application for unlawful purposes
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Attempting to compromise system security
• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts
• Sharing Premium subscription credentials
• Using the Application if under 18 years of age
• Accessing the service via automated systems (bots, scripts or similar)

5.3 Consequences of Non-compliance

Breach of these rules may result in:

• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent cancellation without refund
• Legal action where applicable

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Application belong to PrimeFlow Labs, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• Graphic design and user interface
• Textual and audiovisual content
• Trademarks, logos and trade names
• Exercise routines and methodology
• Databases

6.2 Licence of Use

PrimeFlow Labs grants the user a licence that is:

• Personal: For individual use only
• Non-exclusive: May be granted to other users
• Non-transferable: Cannot be assigned to third parties
• Limited: For the intended use of the Application only
• Revocable: May be cancelled for breach

6.3 User Content

The user retains rights over the personal data they enter into the Application. By using the Application, the user grants PrimeFlow Labs a licence to:

• Store and process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Generate anonymous and aggregated statistics
• Improve training personalisation algorithms

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1 Data Controller

PrimeFlow Labs is the controller of the personal data collected through the Application.

7.2 User Rights

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". PrimeFlow Labs does not warrant:

• That the Application will be free from errors or interruptions
• That exercise results will meet expectations
• That information will always be accurate and up to date
• Compatibility with all devices

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeFlow Labs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Application
• Physical harm arising from improper use of the exercises

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

The total liability of PrimeFlow Labs shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if no payments have been made.

8.4 Exceptions

The above limitations shall not apply in cases of:

• Wilful misconduct or gross negligence
• Personal injury caused by negligence
• Breach of statutory consumer rights
• Other situations where exclusion is prohibited by law

9. MODIFICATIONS

9.1 Changes to the Terms

PrimeFlow Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

9.2 Notification of Changes

Changes will be communicated via:

• Notification within the Application
• Email to the registered address
• Publication on the website with an updated date

9.3 Acceptance of Changes

• Changes will take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use of the Application after that period implies acceptance
• If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Application and cancel your subscription

10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

10.1 By the User

The user may:

• Cancel their Premium subscription at any time from their app store settings
• Request deletion of their account and data from Profile > Settings > Delete account

10.2 By PrimeFlow Labs

We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
• Cancel accounts that breach these Terms
• Discontinue the Application with 90 days' notice

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Access to the Application is revoked
• Data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable (except as required by law)

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD)
• Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI)
• Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumers and Users

11.2 Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.

11.3 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is declared void, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.

11.4 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

11.5 Assignment

The user may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent. PrimeFlow Labs may assign the contract to third parties upon notification.

11.6 Electronic Communications

All communications made through the Application or by email have full legal validity and are considered equivalent to written communications.
